Home again, Home again

Well, we made it back from California in one piece! We didn't leave until about noon Utah time and didn't get here until midnight last night, but thank goodness the roads were pristine and dry the whole way back and we only ran into a couple of pockets of minor traffic, so we made pretty good time considering that we were driving with 5 kids. It was so wonderful to come home to our beautiful home and to be able to sleep in my own bed last night (sigh....)! Here are a few other highlights from our great trip until I can put together a new slide show.

Our last day at the parks were fantastic! The weather was gorgeous and sunny and we stayed from open until closing for the first time. Meg and Maddie did take a little snooze while we waited in front of the castle for the fireworks (which were awesome), but other than that, the kids and Rob and I just kept going and going. We were literally some of the last people out of the park Fri. night and it was so strange to hear all of the music and the rides turned off... SO quiet. Well, more later....back to real life now and final prep for Christmas.
